ITZY, a South Korean female group, has shared information about their THE 1ST WORLD TOUR. Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna are a 5-member quintet that will make its US concert debut this fall with a 10-show run. The Live Nation-produced tour begins with two special nights at Seoul's SK Olympic Handball Gym on August 6 and 7, moves to the US leg on October 26 at Los Angeles' YouTube Theater, stops in Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, and other cities, and concludes on November 13 in New York City's Hulu Theater.

ITZY, a five-person girl group from JYP Entertainment that made its debut on February 12th, consists of Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna. ITZY was the first K-pop idol to win the Rookie Award and the Digital Song Award with their debut song, "IT'z Different," off their first single album. ITZY got a total of 15 rookie awards in 2020, making them the K-POP group with the most rookie awards overall.

The fifth mini-album from ITZY, "CHECKMATE," marks the group's return. ITZY's most recent album, "Crazy in Love," reached No. 11 on the U.S. Billboard main albums chart in 2021, marking the group's greatest chart position ever. This achievement earned ITZY the Best Musician honor at the 2021 Asia Artist Awards.

ITZY, the K-POP royalty of the fourth generation, has returned to the scene with their first 2022 release and their very first overseas tour.
