Apple Podcasts is considered the best podcast platform.

1) One of the key reasons why Apple Podcasts is considered the best is its user-friendly interface. The platform is easy to navigate and allows users to quickly find and subscribe to their favorite podcasts.

Additionally, the platform allows users to easily download and listen to podcasts offline, making it a great option for those who travel or have limited internet access.

2) Another major advantage of Apple Podcasts is its vast library of podcasts. The platform has over 550,000 active podcasts and 18.5 million episodes, making it one of the largest podcast libraries in the world. This means that users have access to a wide variety of content, from popular news and entertainment podcasts to niche and niche-specific podcasts. This variety of content makes it easy for users to find something that interests them and helps them stay engaged with the platform.

3) Apple Podcasts has also been a pioneer in terms of monetization options for podcasters. The platform has been offering in-app purchases and subscriptions since 2017, allowing podcasters to offer exclusive content, merchandise, and other perks to their paying listeners. This feature has been a game-changer for independent podcasters and smaller podcast networks, as it allows them to generate revenue and become more sustainable.
