  • Amazing and often realistic plot lines that gives you a lot of toe - curling moments.
  • Mind blowing cinematography in both K – pop MVs (Music Videos) and K Dramas.

  • Their looks, it is as simple as that because these celebrities are not only handsome and beautiful but also have and maintain a perfect figure.
  • Along with this they are also known for their flawless skin and Korean Beauty and Skin care routine.

So, after we get to know why the K – pop or K Drama celebrities so famous, one can also imagine that how these celebrities are approached for brand endorsement followed by their photoshoots. And one thing that these celebrities need to do while getting for either brand endorsements or their photoshoots is to look perfect and flawless, but even they are humans and may have some shortcomings with perfect figure, skin and so on. So today, we are going to see what these celebrities do in order to look perfect while getting clicked, and for that we celebrity trainer Juhyun tell us what do these celebrities exactly do.

Juhyun who is a celebrity trainer, is also the CEO of Flecto Studio, Korea. She recently spoke about her experience as a celebrity trainer with Allure Korea, and more specifically talked about working with rapper Lee Young Ji who recently lost 12 kilos, which has not only brought out her perefect curves but also has caught the public’s attention for such a drastic change.

Juhyun was further asked how did she train celebrity and K – pop rapper Lee Young Ji? She said that the first thing that celebrities need to do before their photoshoots that is clicked is to get rid of the water in their body. Juhyun says and I quote, “The most important thing before the celebrities take their photos is the reduction of moisture. So being as sweaty as possible is the goal.”

And doing this is not very easy, as some people sweat very easily even with just a little bit of body movement, whereas at the same time some people don’t sweat even after walking miles and as sweating (meaning reduction of water from the body) proves to be an important part in losing weight, Juhyun says that we have to find ways to remove water from the body.

And when it came to celebrity Lee Young Ji, she had to buy a sweat suit specially designed to make you sweat while working out. Lee Young Ji used to zip it up till her neck and the only visible body parts used to be her feet, palms, and face, but just using a specially designed sweat suit and zipping it up won’t help you sweat and lose weight, instead it has to be combined with high intensity cardio and weight lifting exercises.

As told by many of our elders that we should have water throughout the day but celebrity trainer Juhyun broke this very myth and told us that, ‘We shouldn’t drink water after 9pm’. We should maintain that we are drinking at least 3 litres of water daily but let’s make it a habit to not drink water after 9pm. Apart from this Juhyun also suggested that on the day of the photoshoot, you should not have any food, instead just have a bite of chocolate that will give you enough energy to pull it out throughout the day. As we all know that sweet meaning sugar gives us energy and that people are also given something sweet or chocolates when they are about to pass out.

These are some of the highlights mentioned by Juhyun in her interview or talk with Allure Korea, but her full training session with celebrity K – pop rapper Lee Young Ji is available on YouTube and we are presenting you with link to have an easier access and start early on your journey of losing weight. https://youtu.be/zhewU_1BFMQ

Although one should remember that all the body types are different and not everything might work for everyone, thus don’t get disheartened if this technique doesn’t work for you, instead try finding a way which works for you. Try taking help of an expert before just experimenting on your own as that might be risky for your health and that may have adverse and negative effects on your body, thus as result instead of losing weight you might end up gaining more weight or might not lose at all.

And some of the basic things that we all can do to maintain our figure and be healthy are as follows:

  • Workout daily, like 45 to 60 minutes of walking, jogging or any other type of exercises.
  • Drink lots of water – 3 litres daily.
  • Eat healthy food, avoid excessive carbs and oily foods.
  • Eat in little portions rather than having three large meals.
  • Avoid midnight snacking.
  • Try having dinner before 8 pm.
  • Have a balanced diet.
  • Try including healthy drinks like fruit juices, green tea, and hibiscus tea and so on.
  • Try to include more fruits, green vegetables and yoghurt to you diet.
  • Start your day by having a glam of warm water with lemon squeezed in it or warm honey ginger water.
  • Have a good 7 – 8 hours of sleep and try not sleeping very late, until necessary.
  • Try giving your stomach breaks in between, that fast for at least twice a month.
  • Intermittent Fasting also seems like a good option nowadays, there are two types of types of intermittent fasting and you can choose whichever suits you. 1. 16 hours & 2. 24 hours. (Although make sure to follow this only if your body permits)

And I’m sure that these techniques will definitely help you stay fit and fine.
